NO Refunds after schedule has been posted. In the event the tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather, teams will be given a credit to a future tournament.
In the event of weather issues, Director reserves the right to alter tournament format as deemed necessary to complete the championship.
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams respectively in each division. Only players listed on the official roster will receive medals. Teams that medal will be invited to represent the state of South Carolina in the 2017 and 2019 State Games of America competitions.
Rules & Regulations
All South Carolina residents, college students and military personnel who have lived in the state of South Carolina for at least 30 days prior to the day of competition and meet the specific requirements for their sport of interest may compete. South Carolina residents attending college or serving in the military in another state are also eligible to compete. Teams may roster out-of-state players if they can prove those players have been playing with the team all season.
Teams must register at Diamonddevils.org under the “Tournaments” link no later than Saturday, June 10th. Complete registration includes registering team, fee payment and providing proof of insurance

High School Federation rules with minor exceptions.
Teams may use an Extra Hitter (Bat 10) and a DH (for any position player).
Run Rules – 15 after 3; 12 after 4; 8 after 5
13u /12 minimum – 18 maximum
14u, 15u & 16u / 14 minimum – 20 maximum
17u & 18u / 15 minimum – 25 maximum
Teams to email rosters to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Monday, June 12, 2017. Any changes or discrepancies, i.e. age dispute, player on multiple teams or adding/dropping players must be reported to the Director and resolved before team’s first game.
