Entry Fees
Coed Teams – $350 though April 30, 2017 ($450 starting May 1, 2017)

Divisions
Mixed (coed) – Every point must be played with either 4 male and 3 female or 4 female and 3 male players. The team that is on offense (receiving the pull) each point decides whether that point will be played 4M/3F or 4F/3M.

Refund/Weather Policy
No refunds. In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to complete the tournament in its entirety. Fees are non-refundable if the tournament is canceled, shortened, or otherwise modified in any way due to inclement weather.

Awards
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams respectively in each division. Only players listed on the official roster will receive medals. Teams that medal will be invited to represent the state of South Carolina in the 2017 and 2019 State Games of America competitions.

Rules & Regulations

Eligibility
All South Carolina residents, college students and military personnel who have lived in the state of South Carolina for at least 30 days prior to the day of competition and meet the specific requirements for their sport of interest may compete. South Carolina residents attending college or serving in the military in another state are also eligible to compete.

Registration instructions will be posted soon. Complete registration includes registering team, fee payment and providing proof of insurance.

Competition Format
Pool play and placement brackets – exact format will depend on number of teams.

Rules
A roster must have at least 7 male and 7 female players. The maximum overall roster size for this tournament is 21 players. Games will be played according to USAU Ultimate 11th Edition (or 12th Edition if it is released prior to the event).

Roster sizes
Minimum 7 male & 7 female per team. Maximum of 21 players per team.

Check-In Procedures
Teams to check in with Sport Commissioners at Pittman Park prior to 9am on first day of competition. Teams must submit complete roster at that time.
